Here at Empowering learning, we are in the process of appointing a determined and enthusiastic teacher to start teaching in a small Year 3 class in Kent. The school is a small one-form school and are looking for a teacher who is dedicated to teaching and learning. The school currently consists of a Nursery, a Reception, a Year 1 and a Year 2 class and will, as of next September, have a Year 3 class. Ideally, the school are interested in an April start in which the candidate will spend the final term undertaking interventions in the current Year 2. This will give the successful candidate and opportunity to get to know the children and understand the various needs within the class. Successful candidates will then follow this Year 2 class up to Year 3 in which they will become their new Year 3 class teacher. It is expected that applicants have a positive, enthusiastic and energetic attitude and has the capability of delivering lessons which are both exciting and enriching. Being a motivator and a role model is expected and in return, the school will offer a warm, friendly working environment in which teachers feel supported and valued.
