Middle East – Sales Director – Property investment

Dubai based role, covering the Middle East and beyond. Travel required.

Basic Salary + Bonus + Team performance

£100-120k realistic first year OTE, uncapped.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join as part of its global expansion in the Middle East selling premium residential stock.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As direct report to the partners, the sales director will be responsible for the growth and development of Middle Eastern operations.

Travel will be required, attending events and meetings across the Middle East and if necessary further afield. The successful candidate will be expected to manage existing accounts and clients in the Middle East and be responsible for the growth of new business and an internal sales team with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Launching new developments and ensuring full understanding of all USPs

Requirements

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 3 years property experience selling UK property offshore at management level

An established personal network in the Middle East, preferably within the property and wealth management sectors

Proven track record of business growth

Experience and confidence in managing institutional investors and bulk purchase situations
