Job description / Role
On behalf of our client an international university that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will be responsible for brand development, marketing, PR, acquisition and retention marketing for potential students, enterprises and recruitment agents. The responsibilities include devising and implementing a marketing plan with direct accountability for a sizeable budget and will need to be comfortable analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of lead generation plans, leading the marketing team for all program levels ensuring that it works smoothly and productively, marketing insight and innovation, print collateral, direct marketing, partner management, lead the team in strategic and creative use of social media.
The successful candidate must be degree educated in business ( An MBA is preferred ) have a minimum of 6 years marketing experience of managing digital marketing campaigns, superior analytical skills with the ability to translate hard data into strategic plans and hold a UAE driving licence
Candidates with direct knowledge or experience of the international education industry plus the ability to speak a second language are welcome to apply.
