Our client is an independently owned specialist recruitment business that is looking to hire British or Irish recruitment consultants on the E2 Visa Program. They are co-owned by two Directors who lead from the front, bill and drive the business forward with their hands on approach. Boasting a great team both in New York and London, this company are looking to expand their New York team with 3-4 recruitment consultants in the next few months. They are open to Managers and Senior/Principle recruitment consultants who enjoy business development and are driven by a high OTE. Ideally recruitment consultants will need 2 years experience and a degree or recruitment consultants will need 3-4 years experience without a degree.
- $45,000-$60,000 basic salary
- $130,000-$150,000 OTE for first year!
