Job description / Role
Project Manager who is self-motivated with minimum 10+ years work experience
Successful candidate needs to be a creative, responsible and dedicated professional who will work with Government bodies and clients directly. Must ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Should possess excellent communication skills and coordinate with other departments making sure all aspects of each project are compatible and meeting all deadlines.
Responsibilities and duties:
Meet with clients to fully understand client’s requirements and ensuring the project agreements are in line and fulfilled within budgets and time lines.
Develop realistic project plans. Delegation of projects plans/tasks to be well monitored and shared diligently with junior staff.
Take overall responsibility of project performance.
Analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Match all budgetary objectives.
Lead with example
Selected candidate will be based in Bahrain.
Projects undertaken are in Saudi Arabia.

Skills & Requirements:
Civil engineering degree or higher
10+ years work experience (at least 6+ years work experience in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Minimum 6 years experience as Project Manager (PMP certification preferred)
Primavera / Autocad working experience
Arabic communication a must
