My client is one of the country’s most prestigious real estate developers and has a significant number of projects and land, here in Qatar. They are currently seeking a Marketing Director to lead the Marketing Team and oversee communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the overall organization’s brand and marketing strategy.
The successful candidate will be leading the Marketing division in relation to Marketing Strategy, Operations, Reporting, Budgetary and other domains. You will approve marketing strategy suggestions by Regional marketing managers and ensure strategies align with audience profile and project needs, managing overall branding and digital marketing strategy to ensure alignment with the company’s brand, generating and distributing sales and marketing reports. You will also be providing input and recommending contemporary best practices to keep the marketing team current and competitive in the marketplace while participating in the definition of the Departmental budget and ensuring adherence.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 12 – 15+ years of experience in a marketing for a leading Real Estate Company. You must have an established track record of developing and delivering successful marketing strategies for projects, including brand management and digital marketing. It is preferred that you are adept at leveraging technology to target customers (especially in the residential sector) and possess a thorough understanding of the real estate market from a demand–supply perspective having worked in a large real estate developer with at least QAR 2 Billion in annual profits.
